How I Can Help
I offer one-to-one, face-to-face counselling but also offer online sessions if this is a more comfortable option for you. I also have experience in family mediation. Whilst we may initially contract for a certain number of sessions, you are in control of your journey and can draw our sessions to an end as and when you feel ready to.
I can provide both short-term and long-term therapy depending on your needs and can support you with an extensive range of presenting issues.
Short-Term Counselling
Short-Term counselling can help those with immediate and current stressors such as a work-related issue, relationship difficulty, financial issue or a specific traumatic event or loss impacting your wellbeing, but who otherwise are feeling content and settled outside of this issue.
Long-Term Counselling
Long-Term counselling is more appropriate for those who are struggling with underlying issues and long-term feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or other difficult emotions impacting their wellbeing. Counselling can help explore the root cause of these feelings, past experiences and perhaps historical events or relationships that are impacting how we feel in our life today.

My role is to facilitate a safe, confidential space to explore your emotions without fear of judgement and work together to decide what you hope to achieve or gain through sessions within a trusting therapeutic relationship.
