  • Just Bee Counselling will retain your information in line with UK GDPR Law and Guidelines given from the Information Commissions Office; current recommendations for retention of medical notes such as in the field of counselling this is advised to be a time period of 5-7years, or in the case of a minor upon the client reaching their 25th birthday.

  • All data and personal information will be securely disposed of in their entirety in line with UK GDPR Law and Guidelines.
